The Social – Multifamily Landscape Design
We were brought into this project to work with a team of designers, marketing professionals, property managers and contractors to help rebrand this multifamily property. The goal was to create a place for current and future tenants that had a unique identity, great amenities and “dashing good looks”. We did this by solidifying branding throughout all areas of design and marketing while creating community-centered amenities for all to enjoy. For the main entry signs we designed and installed Corten steel panels with colored plexiglass to create an art-deco neon effect. We also designed and installed a row of massive steel sculptures congregating at the entrance in order to provide a more certain identity from the busy street. Within the property we designed and built a “Supper Club” area with covered pergola, oversized 22-person cedar table and intimate lighting. Corten steel arches span the main walkway, providing a progression into the complex. A bocce ball court and dog park with agility course was built to provide residence with entertainment for both themselves and their four-legged friends. Dramatic landscape lighting was designed and installed throughout to provide further interest as the sun goes down.
